We believe that poverty in Africa must and can be eradicated.
We are building a movement to create a million good new jobs in Africa by 2039.
We do this by empowering Christian founders of small businesses that have been running for at least five years, and have at least five employees, to grow to 50 people.
Our vision is to see 25 000 of these businesses create an average of 40 good new jobs by 2039 - thereby creating 1 000 000 good new jobs.
The 5-2-50 Challenge
At the heart of our movement is the 5-2-50 Challenge.
This is a challenge to Christian founders of small businesses of at least five people, that have been running for at least five years, to partner with us to achieve three interrelated goals:

Reach ZAR 10m Profit
Free the Founder
Transform your small team into a thriving organization of at least 50 people.
Build a highly profitable, sustainable business that can withstand market shocks and invest back into the ecosystem.
Build your business in such a way that you can step away from the day-to-day grind so you have the freedom to start new ventures or focus on your next chapter.
